It was said in the petition that the Uttar Pradesh government has fixed the tuition fees of medical through the law, but college hostel fees etc. are getting arbitrary.

Court orders government to audit hostel account of medical college
The petition demanded that the court order the government to audit the hostel account of the last three years of the medical college and if it is found that more money has been taken, then the extra money should be refunded.
