Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh is also taking steps on the path that the central government is making to overcome the Corona crisis. Now for the Unlock-2 announced till 31 July, the state government has made the center’s guideline its roadmap. There are plenty of reliefs outside the containment zone, while lockdown will remain in the containment zone. There is no change in their determination or exemption. On Tuesday evening, Chief Secretary RK Tiwari released the guide lines.
These activities will be banned
All schools-colleges, educational, training, coaching institutes etc. will remain closed till 31 July. However, permission for online and distance education will continue as before.
Training institutes of the Central Government and the State Government will open from July 15, for which the Standard Operating Procedure will be issued separately by the Department of Personnel and Training.
International air trips (except those permitted by the Ministry of Home Affairs).
Metro Rail Services.
All cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters, bars and auditoriums, assembly halls and other such places.
All social, political, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural, religious programs, other collective activities.
Separate orders will be issued, ensuring physical distance to resume these activities.
Lockdown will remain in the Containment Zone
The containment zone will be determined according to the criteria set by the medical department of the state government to prevent infection.
These containment zones will be displayed on the website by the concerned District Magistrates and will also be forwarded to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Only the most essential activities will be allowed in the Containment Zone. By keeping tight peripheral control outside it, it should be ensured that there is no movement of any person inside or outside except for medical emergencies and supply of essential goods and services.
The Containment Zone will have intensive contact tracing, house to house surveillance and necessary medical activities. In this regard, the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the State Government will be taken care of.
Outside the containment zone, where there is a possibility of infection of Kovid-19, they should be identified as buffer zone. Restrictions may be imposed as required by the district administration within the buffer zone.
Restrictions can be placed on activities as needed, assessing outside conditions.
Different traffic conditions for Gautam Buddha Nagar and Ghaziabad
There will be no restriction on in-state and interstate transport of persons and goods or goods. It also includes allowing cross-border transport in accordance with the terms of treaties made from neighboring countries related to goods transportation. However, for the NCR-bound area of Gautam Budh Nagar and Ghaziabad, a separate local-level movement can be banned in consultation with the district level officials of the district administration and health department.
Traffic related to passenger trains and labor trains, domestic air travel, arrival of stranded Indian citizens abroad, evacuation of foreign nationals will be allowed as per the prescribed SOP.
Children, elderly and diseases alertness continued: Persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidity or more than one other disease, pregnant women and children below ten years of age shall remain indoors. Will be allowed to leave only if special health related situation or other is very important.
Separate time for night curfew only in Meerut division: Apart from Meerut mandal, there will be a ban on movement of any person, vehicle etc. in the entire state from 10 am to 5 am. Only essential activities will be allowed, including multiple shifts of industrial units, transportation of people, goods etc. on state and state highways, loading-unloading of goods, persons and passengers from buses, trains and airplanes going to their destinations. Huh. In this regard, the local authority will issue prohibitory orders under Section-144 in its entire jurisdiction and strictly abide by it. At the same time, the night curfew in Meerut division will remain in force from 8 to 6 in the morning till 10 July.
