A new twist has come in the case of ACP Mohsin Khan posted in Kanpur. On the application of Mohsin’s wife, the court has ordered to register a case against the IIT student. The student had accused ACP Mohsin Khan of sexually exploiting her on the pretext of marriage.
A student doing research in Kanpur IIT had accused ACP Mohsin Khan posted in Kanpur of sexually harassing her on the pretext of marriage. According to the victim, the ACP was studying cyber crime and criminology from IIT. There, she became close to the research scholar. The ACP pretended to love her and had sexual relations with her on the pretext of marriage. When the truth about the ACP being married and other truths came to light, the victim complained to the Kanpur Police Commissioner.
FIR was registered against ACP Mohsin Khan
On the orders of Police Commissioner Akhil Kumar, a case was registered against the ACP in this case. ACP Mohsin Khan approached the High Court and the High Court stayed the arrest of Mohsin Khan along with filing a charge sheet. No new order has come from the High Court in this case yet. Meanwhile, a new twist has come in this whole case. Mohsin Khan’s wife had filed an application in the court to register a case against the student.
Mohsin Khan’s wife made serious allegations
In the application filed in the court, Mohsin Khan’s wife Suhaila Saif alleged that the IIT student knew that her husband Mohsin Khan was married. Despite this, she maintained relations with her husband. Apart from this, she was pregnant at the time of the incident and the student wanted to ruin her married life. The student even came to her husband’s official residence and threatened him.
Mohsin’s wife also alleged that she tried to register a case by giving a complaint to the police several times, but the police did not register the case under pressure from the media. Hearing the application of Mohsin’s wife, the court of ACJM First ordered the police to register a case against the IIT student.
