Hamirpur. Due to unknown reasons, a young couple committed suicide by hanging themselves together. As soon as this information reached the village, a crowd gathered outside the house. Police, who arrived on the information of the neighbors, took down the bodies and collected evidence with the forensic team.
Both of them used to work as laborers in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. They came to their village Binhuni from Satna on Tuesday morning and today in the evening they committed suicide by hanging themselves.
This is the whole case
In Binhuni village of the town, the husband and wife committed suicide by hanging themselves with the help of a hook in the ceiling using the same saree. Here, the people around say that this incident has been carried out due to domestic discord.
Village head of Binhuni Khurd, Bhupendra Singh Rajput said that 27-year-old Sohanlal alias Chunna son of Kashiprasad Khangar and his 25-year-old wife Sameeksha, due to some mutual dispute, hanged themselves with the same saree in their own house around six o’clock on Tuesday evening.
It was told that the deceased couple along with their parents and entire family used to work as labourers at a brick kiln in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. It was told that both of them had returned from Satna on Tuesday morning and the rest of the family members were staying there. Both of them got married two years ago, after which they do not have any children yet.
The child saw the couple hanging
The incident came to light when a neighbour’s child went to Chhunna’s house while playing, he went inside and saw both the couple hanging in the room and ran out making noise. Hearing the noise, all the neighbours gathered. After this, the gathered people informed the police.
Station in-charge Yogesh Tiwari said that prima facie domestic discord is coming to the fore in the investigation. The forensic team is also collecting evidence. Apart from this, the incident is being investigated from every angle. The relatives have been informed. They are expected to come by late night, after which further action will be taken.
