Etawah. Vaidpura police has arrested a history sheeter during an encounter. A black Pulsar motorcycle and a pistol have been recovered from him. SSP Sanjay Kumar Verma said that on October 19, Tarachandra son of Ramesh Chandra resident of Khadkauli police station Basrehar had informed Vaidpura police that two persons riding a black Pulsar motorcycle tried to rob money and mobile by showing a pistol near Government Ashram Paddhati Inter College Nagla Hiralal on the night of October 18.
A case was registered in this matter. On the night of October 19, the police was checking vehicles on Kumhawar road, when a motorcycle was seen coming from Kharduli. When the police team stopped it, they tried to run away. On this the motorcycle fell, two persons riding on it fired two rounds each from a pistol.
The police fired in response and arrested a miscreant using force. The miscreant caught is history sheeter Pawan Kumar Yadav son of Arjun Singh resident of Nagla Devsan police station Vaidpura. There are 10 cases registered against him while the other history sheeter Shiv Mangal son of Sudama Lal managed to escape taking advantage of the darkness. There are 12 cases registered against him too. Police is searching for him.
Pistol, cartridges, mobile, motorcycle Pulsar have been recovered from Pawan. SHO Vipin Malik, Sub Inspector Pramod Kumar Sahay and his team made a commendable contribution.
Two auto robbers caught
Police arrested two accused of auto robbery on Sunday. A looted auto has been recovered from them. Giving this information, SSP Sanjay Kumar Verma said that on September 13, Akash Rajput resident Rajput Colony Ramlila Road Police Station Kotwali had informed Police Station Lavedi that he was standing at Manikpur turn with his auto.
Three persons booked his auto for Chindauli village. When he reached near Dadora culvert, all three tied his hands and legs and ran away after snatching auto, mobile phone and one thousand rupees. Lavedi police was checking vehicles in connection with this incident when an auto was stopped on Kandesi Ghar Yamuna bridge. Two people were caught while the third person named Pankaj escaped.
The accused Raman son Shiv Singh resident of village Akbarpur-Keshorai, police station Naya Gaon, district Etah and Lalu son Chhedlal resident of village Surajpur, police station Vichwa, district Mainpuri were arrested. The looted auto was recovered from them. Police station in-charge Kapil Chaudhary and sub-inspector Dharmendra Sharma assisted.
