Something happened to a married woman in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, which she might not have imagined. Taking advantage of the darkness of the night, a neighbor raped the married woman. It is alleged that when the victim gave a complaint to the police about this, they chased her away from the police station. Helplessly, the married woman sought help from the court. After this, on the order of the court, the police registered a case and started investigation.
But the accused is currently absconding. The police is searching for him. The case is of Gopiganj police station area. The 34-year-old married woman told- On the night of 17/18 July, when the power of the house went off, the 32-year-old neighbor Kanchu came to her house secretly. No one had any idea about this. He came and lay down on the woman’s bed. The woman thought that her husband was lying on the bed. She thought he was her husband and lay down next to him.
Kanchu started doing obscene acts
The victim told- Kanchu started doing obscene acts with her. When she got upset with his acts, he pushed her. Then when the light came on, she realized that this was not her husband. She started screaming. But by then she had been raped. Hearing the girl’s scream, the family members and the people from the neighborhood also came there.
Abused the woman
The woman had caught the accused. Then the people beat up the accused badly. Police was also informed. Meanwhile, Kanchu’s two brothers, Gamai and Bora also reached the spot. Along with abusing, they started abusing the woman. By the time the police arrived, all of them fled from the spot.
All three accused absconded
The girl alleged that she gave a written complaint to the police to register a complaint. On this, she was chased away from the police station. When there was no hearing, she filed a petition in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Sabiha Khatoon on August 7. Hearing this, the court ordered the police to register an FIR against the accused Kanchu. At present, the accused and his two brothers are absconding. Their search is on.
