Prayagraj. The result of UP Board’s High School and Intermediate Examination-2025 is being prepared. In view of this, some students who have given the exam and their parents are getting some phone calls that due to getting low marks, they and their son / daughter are failing. If you want to pass, then you will have to spend money.
Such audios have reached UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh. He has warned the students and their parents that these phone callers are cyber fraudsters. Do not fall into their temptation. Inform the District School Inspector on receiving such phone calls, so that action can be taken against the cyber fraudsters.
Said on phone call – Child failed in two subjects
In an audio, the caller has told the guardian of the examinee that the examinee has failed in two subjects. On giving six thousand rupees, he will increase the marks and get him passed. Also took assurance that he should not give any information to any officer in this regard. Otherwise it will be difficult to get him passed.
On another phone call, the guardian of the candidate was asked to pay Rs. 3000, but the guardian said that it was too much and agreed to pay Rs. 1000.
However, the cyber fraudsters could not do anything. On receiving such phone calls from the guardians, the Secretary has instructed all the District School Inspectors to immediately register an FIR on receiving a complaint, so that the guardians do not fall prey to the temptation of cyber fraudsters.
