This is the reason
Manu recently gave an interview to Cosmopolitan India in which she was asked with which sportsperson would she like to spend a whole day? On this Manu said, “I will name some of my favourite players. Usain Bolt is one of them. I have read his book many times and I know his journey. I have seen many of his interviews. After this, I would like to meet Sachin Tendulkar, Dhoni Sir and Virat Kohli among the Indian cricketers. It would be an honour to spend an hour with any of them.”
Manu is on a break
Manu won bronze in the 10 meter air pistol individual event in the Paris Olympics. After this, she along with Sarabjot Singh also won the medal by securing third place in the mixed team competition of the same event. With this, Manu became the first Indian player to win two medals in the same Olympics. Manu could have created another history by scoring a hat-trick of medals in Paris, but she missed winning a medal in the 25 meter air pistol individual event by a whisker. Now Manu is on a three-month break.
