Both the brothers were taken out by cutting the electric wire
Hearing the noise, the people who reached there cut the electric wire and took both the brothers out but by then Ujaif had died. Sufiyan was taken to the hospital where the doctor declared him dead.
Case against the building owner
Inspector Sanjeev Kumar said that on the complaint of father Naushad Qureshi, a case has been registered against the building owner Waqar, Bhuttu and Saud. The building under construction in whose basement this incident took place was mortgaged by Punjab National Bank five years ago after the owner of the building failed to repay the loan taken.
Bank manager Archana says that she is not aware of the mortgaged property. This is a matter from before her tenure. Information can be given only after checking the documents.
