Vrindavan. The number of devotees in Bankebihari temple is continuously increasing. The arrangements are getting destroyed due to the increasing pressure of the crowd. Devotees are also facing a lot of trouble. After Hariyali Amavasya, a series of festivals will start in the temple.
Seeing the increasing crowd of devotees in the temple, the temple management has issued a guideline and appealed to the devotees not to be a part of the crowd. The temple management has appealed that devotees should come for darshan only after assessing the crowd during festivals and weekends. An appeal was also made not to bring the sick, elderly, disabled and children for darshan.
Hariyali Amavasya is on August 4
Thakur Bankebihari temple management has said in an appeal issued on Tuesday that after Hariyali Amavasya on August 4 and Hariyali Teej on August 7, there will be big festivals like Independence Day, Rakshabandhan, Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Shri Radhashtami. Devotees come to the temple in large numbers on these festivals.
- Devotees should remove their shoes at the entry gates as per the route plan decided by the police.
- There is no arrangement for removing shoes around the temple.
- Keep your shoes and belongings in the cloakroom at the entrance of the temple and proceed ahead.
- While coming to the temple, devotees should cooperate in the system by following the guidelines issued on the public address system. Do not stop inside the temple, go out after darshan, so that the devotees coming behind can have darshan.
- The temple management has also appealed to avoid taking selfies inside the temple and on the roads and do not come to the temple wearing expensive jewellery.
Darshan of swings and Ghata starts in Dwarkadhish temple
In the temple Thakur Dwarkadhish, Thakurji gave darshan to the devotees by sitting in a turquoise velvet swing. Devotees were delighted after seeing Thakurji. Ghata and swings are organized in the temple Thakur Dwarkadhish in the month of Sawan. These events remain the center of attraction for the devotees.
On Tuesday, Thakurji appeared from 5:10 pm to 5:40 pm sitting in a turquoise velvet swing. There were constant chants of praise for Thakurji. Devotees were blessed to have seen Thakurji. Temple media in-charge Adv. Rakesh Tiwari said that swings and Ghata are organized in the temple during the month of Saavan.
