The police also recovered a country-made pistol from the accused’s body. According to the police, the accused had recently come out of jail on bail. According to the police, a girl living in the neighborhood had filed a rape case against 22-year-old Anurag, who lives in Godian village, last year. In this case, the accused Anurag went to jail and recently came out on bail. Angry with his arrest, the accused entered the victim’s house early Monday morning to take revenge on the victim and her family. At that time the whole family was sleeping on the roof. The accused started firing indiscriminately at this family.
He also shot himself after coming out of the house
In this incident, the victim’s mother died on the spot due to bullet injuries. While two people including the victim were seriously injured. After committing this crime, the accused came out of the victim’s house and shot himself. Due to this, he also died on the spot. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and admitted the seriously injured victim and her sister to the hospital. At the same time, the bodies of the victim’s mother and the accused have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem.
A case of old enmity
The police said that the accused’s pistol has also been recovered near his body. According to Unnao ASP Premchandra, the accused has committed this crime due to old enmity. At present, the police is also investigating this case from other angles. He told that the deceased woman had registered a case of rape of her daughter against the accused. In this case, the accused was arrested and sent to jail. He has recently got bail in this case.
