Police has got a big success in the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Paper Leak case. Delhi Police constable involved in paper leak racket has been arrested. It is being told that UPSTF arrested Delhi Police constable Vikram Pahal near the Peripheral Expressway of Baghpat. Vikram Pahal was recruited as a constable in Delhi Police in 2010 and was posted in the First and Third Battalion, Traffic and CM Battalion of Delhi Police.
According to the information, Vikram had come in contact with Ravi Attri, the leader of the paper leaking gang, through his friend Nitin. Vikram Pahal had booked Nature Valley Resort in Manesar, Gurugram for Rs 20 lakh at the behest of Ravi Attri.
Then on February 15, he took about 400 people to the resort. On February 16, the question paper and answers of the police recruitment examination were read to about 800 candidates.
Vikram will be presented in court today
Delhi Police constable Vikram Pahal has been arrested and sent to jail in a case registered at Kankarkheda police station in Meerut. According to UP Police, the paper of second shift in UP Police constable recruitment was leaked on 18th February. Further action will be taken by presenting Vikram in the court on 24th April. He is currently being interrogated.
This is the second arrest in paper leak case
Police said that accused Vikram is a resident of Jind, Haryana. STF has also recovered some important documents from him. This is the second arrest from Jind, Haryana in the UP Police recruitment paper leak case. Earlier, STF had arrested Mahendra Sharma, resident of Jind, Haryana. There were allegations that Mahendra had got the paper of the second shift out on 18th February.
