All the leaders are making sharp attacks on each other through statements. Meanwhile, a BJP worker was beaten fiercely in the meeting of Jayant Chaudhary in Bijnor Lok Sabha seat of Meerut.
This beating was not done by anyone else but by the workers of his alliance partner RLD. Jayant Chaudhary had come to hold a public meeting in Mawana area of Meerut in support of RLD candidate Chandan Chauhan. As soon as Jayant Chaudhary left the stage after the election campaign, a BJP worker made a comment. Angered by this, RLD supporters beat up the BJP worker fiercely.
Police intervened
RLD supporters chased and beat the BJP worker. The video of this incident is going viral on social media. Seeing this, there was a stampede in the public meeting. Somehow the police and other workers intervened, only then the BJP leader could be saved.
RLD is contesting elections on two seats
Let us tell you that Jayant Choudhary’s party is contesting the Lok Sabha elections in collaboration with the NDA alliance. RLD has fielded its candidates in Bijnor and Baghpat Lok Sabha seats. Chandan Chauhan is the RLD candidate from Bijnor Lok Sabha seat. Jayant Choudhary had come to campaign in his public meeting.
Elections are held here in the first phase
Elections are to be held in the first phase i.e. on April 19 in Bijnor Lok Sabha seat of Western Uttar Pradesh. Regarding this, the leaders had intensified the election campaign on Wednesday. Wednesday was the last day of campaigning. Jayant Chaudhary’s party RLD has a good hold in western Uttar Pradesh.
