The 500 year wait of Ram devotees in Ayodhya ended on Monday. After waiting for centuries, Shri Ram Lalla was seated in his navya temple. After this, on Tuesday, lakhs of Ram devotees, eager to have darshan, thronged the streets of Ayodhya despite the severe cold. This gathering of faith was awe-inspiring. By evening, an incident happened which shocked everyone. It is being said that Ram devotee Hanuman himself came to see his Lord.
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Trust mentioned an incident by tweeting on social media platform. In this, he told that at around 5:50 pm on Tuesday evening, a monkey entered the sanctum sanctorum through the Gudh Mandap from the southern gate and reached near the Utsav idol. When the security personnel posted outside saw this, they ran towards the monkey thinking that he might drop the Utsav idol on the ground.
But as soon as the policemen ran towards the monkey, he ran calmly towards the northern gate. Since the gate was closed, he moved towards the east and passed through the crowd of visitors and went out through the eastern gate without causing any trouble to anyone. Security personnel say that for us it is as if Hanuman ji himself has come to see Ramlala.
Five lakh devotees visited Ramlala
After the consecration of Ram Lalla on Monday, devotees started gathering for darshan in the newly constructed Ram temple in Ayodhya from midnight and till late evening on Tuesday, more than five lakh devotees had seen the child form of Lord Ram. In view of the huge crowd of devotees, many times the crowd seemed to go out of control but the top officials of the police administration immediately took control of the situation and made people stand in queues and had darshan of Lord Ram.
Chief Minister inspected the temple
Information Director Shishir said in a statement issued late on Tuesday evening that five lakh devotees have had darshan of Ramlala today. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said in a post released on the social media platform ‘X’ late in the evening that he conducted an on-site inspection of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple complex in Shri Ayodhya Dham. On this occasion, necessary guidelines were given to the concerned officials to ensure easy and convenient darshan of Lord Shri Ramlala for the revered saints and devotees as well as to run all the necessary arrangements smoothly.
