Guddu Muslim, who executed the Umesh Pal murder case in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, is absconding. The court has now clamped down on Atiq Ahmed’s brother-in-law Akhlaq and Atiq Ahmed’s sister Ayesha Noori, who supported Guddu Muslim in this absconding. Ayesha Noori is absconding since April this year and is not appearing in the court. Meanwhile, on the orders of the court, the Prayagraj police reached Meerut and pasted the attachment notice at Ayesha Noori’s house.
If Ayesha Noori does not surrender now, action will be taken for attachment. Ayesha Noori is Ateeq’s sister. He is accused of helping Guddu Muslim, the bomber involved in the Umesh Pal murder case. The police have registered a case against Atiq’s sister Ayesha Noori, her husband Dr. Akhlaq and other family members for providing financial assistance to Guddu Muslim and giving them shelter in the house. Please tell that Atiq’s brother-in-law has already been arrested.
Umesh Pal was killed on 24 February
According to police officials, Umesh Pal was murdered on 24 February. Since the day of the murder, the police was searching for the absconding accused. The accused Guddu Muslim was running away from the police for fear of being arrested after the incident. STF had received information about Atiq’s brother-in-law Dr. Akhlaq’s house in Nauchandi police station area and it was learned that Guddu Muslim had come to Atiq’s brother-in-law’s house. The STF raided and arrested Dr. Akhlaq and recovered the CCTV footage installed in the house.
Arrested on the basis of CCTV
Guddu had come to brother-in-law Akhlaq’s house, the STF got evidence about this. It was seen in CCTV that Guddu came to Muslim Akhlaq’s house, which was welcomed by the family members. On the basis of CCTV, STF arrested Atiq’s brother-in-law and handed him over to Prayagraj police along with CCTV. On the basis of this CCTV, a case has also been registered against Atiq’s sister Ayesha Noori.
