At present, both the accused have been arrested by the police and investigation is on against them.
According to the information, this whole matter is related to Panki police station area of Kanpur, where two girl students returning from school were molested by two miscreants. This incident is of the road going from Bhatia Tirahe to the station side of the city. Here two girl students were returning from school. Meanwhile, two miscreants got out of the bike fast and pulled the scarf of a girl student and blew it in the air. After going a little distance, both the miscreants threw the scarf of the student on the road.

After going viral, this whole matter came to the notice of the police. Taking immediate cognizance, the police started investigating the video. When the police inquired, the accused were identified.

Acting immediately, the police arrested both the miscreants. According to the police, both the accused have been identified as youths named Rohit and Arjun. Police said that both the miscreants had also carried out a mobile robbery incident earlier. Action is being taken by arresting both of them on the charge of pulling the dupatta of the girl student.
