In Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, a four-year-old child broke the carrom board while playing. On such a small mistake, a woman beat the child so much that he died. The accused woman is a friend of the mother of the deceased child. In this regard, the child’s father has written a report against both the mother and her friend for assaulting and killing the child. Police registered a case on the basis of Tahrir and arrested the mother’s friend and sent her to jail. The case is from Sahibabad in Ghaziabad. The police is investigating the matter.
The child’s father Arun, a resident of Delhi, told in a complaint to the police that a divorce case is going on with his wife Payal. Due to a dispute in married life, on January 6, 2020, Payal had separated from her with her son and was living in Sahibabad. Now the court date was on 23rd January itself. Payal had brought her son in this. That was perfectly fine. But on Friday, Payal and her friend assaulted her son. During this, the son suffered a serious injury, due to which he died. On the other hand, wife Payal told in police interrogation that she had left her son with her friend Jyoti. While playing, the son broke the carrom board of his friend. Enraged by this, her friend thrashed her son. Due to which he died.

Payal told the police that as soon as she returned from outside, her son complained of stomach pain. Seeing his trouble, he admitted him to a nearby private hospital, where he died during treatment. Information was given to the father of the child from the hospital itself. He was told that the child’s condition was critical, but father Arun told that when he reached the hospital, the child had died. Arun has filed a complaint at Sahibabad police station accusing the child’s mother and mother’s friend of murder. Police has registered a case on the basis of Tahrir and arrested the accused Jyoti.
Married in 2010
The child’s father Arun told the police that he does mobile repairing work in Delhi itself. In the year 2010, he was married to Payal, a resident of Seemapuri. After marriage, he had a daughter and a son. The daughter was elder and she died two years ago due to cancer. Since then, he had a dispute with his wife. In this sequence, on January 6, 2020, Payal left him and the divorce case started between the two.
