New Delhi. Last December, actress Tunisha Sharma committed suicide by hanging herself on the sets of the TV show Ali Baba: Dastan-e-Kabool. Tunisha’s co-star Sheezan Khan was arrested by the police following a complaint by the deceased actress’s mother Vanita Sharma and is currently in judicial custody. Now on Monday, the lawyer of the accused made a shocking revelation about Tunisha that the actress was in contact with a man named Ali through a dating app before her death.
According to the news agency news, the hearing on the bail plea of Sheezan Khan, who is in judicial custody, has been adjourned till January 11, 2023, on Monday. As per reports, Sheejan’s lawyer told the court that Tunisha was with Ali between December 21-23 last year.
He further said that before Tunisha’s alleged suicide, she was on a video call with Ali for 15 minutes and this aspect should be probed.
Sheezan’s bail plea adjourned
On Monday, District and Additional Sessions Judge RD Deshpande in Vasai, after hearing the arguments of both the prosecution and the defence, adjourned the hearing of the accused’s bail plea till January 11, accepting the request for time presented by Tunisha’s lawyer.

During the hearing, Sheejan’s lawyers Shailendra Mishra and Sharad Rai told the court that their client was innocent and was not connected to Tunisha’s death.
Actress’s mother made serious allegations again
On the other hand, on Sunday, Tunisha’s mother accused Sheejan of using her daughter to meet his drug expenses. Vanitha also refuted the claims of Sheejan’s family that the deceased actress was being harassed by Sheejan’s mother, which drove her into depression. He also said that Tunisha used to love me a lot and used to share everything with me.
