Mathura. During his two-day stay in Mathura, on the second day on Wednesday, CM Yogi Adityanath reached Shri Krishna’s birthplace. Here he first had darshan of Thakur Keshav Dev Maharaj. From here he reached the Yogmaya temple. He also visited the sanctum sanctorum.
In Bhagwat Bhawan, he worshiped Jugal Sarkar and performed aarti. He informed about the Leela Manch under construction in the birthplace. Shailja Kant Mishra, vice-president of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad, informed him about the construction. After this, Yogi left for the guest house located at the Veterinary University. He planted saplings in the university campus
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had reached Mathura on Tuesday on his two-day stay. He was supposed to attend the performance of Maharas starring MP Hema Malini at Jawaharbagh last evening but the event was postponed due to rain. CM will also inaugurate Krishna Balaram’s temple and milk dairy at Bhakti Vedanta Gurukul in Azhai on Wednesday morning.
