Lucknow. The Special Magistrate Court of MP-MLA has ordered the issuance of arrest warrants against five, including Rita Bahuguna Joshi, in a case of violating the election code of conduct. Special ACJM Ambrish Kumar Srivastava has now fixed November 2 for the next hearing of the matter. In this case, a charge sheet was filed against Rita Bahuguna Joshi, Prabha Srivastava, Ram Singh Yadav, Sanjay Yadav and Manoj Chaurasia under Section 133 of the Representation of the People Act. On February 17, 2012, the case was reported by the static magistrate of the surveillance team Mukesh Kumar at the police station Krishnanagar.
