After this, in an inebriated condition, the girl student was thrown out of the moving auto near the Husdia intersection and fled. Akash was arrested by the police on Monday.

When the police team came close after chasing him, Imran turned the car to the side and secretly started firing. The police team also opened fire for self-defense.

A pistol and live cartridges were also recovered from him. During interrogation, Imran told that he was going to meet a friend. After that he had to run out of Lucknow.
