Kanpur. Haji Vasi, the builder accused of funding the nuisance on the new road, will soon be subject to the National Security Act (RASUKA). The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has prepared a file for the action of Rasuka and sent it to the District Magistrate’s office for approval. Once approved, it will be served in jail.
On June 3, there was a nuisance after Friday prayers on the new road. Mukhtar Baba, owner of Baba Biriyani and builder Haji Vasi had made a deal for one crore to vacate Chandeshwar Hata. The market closure was announced on the basis of the statement of BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma regarding this. The controversy that started regarding the protest against the closure of the market had turned into a nuisance on seeing it.
In this there was stone pelting, firing and bombing on the police. After registering a case in the case, many people including Hayat Zafar Hashmi, Javed Ahmed, owner of Baba Biriyani Mukhtar Baba, builder Haji Vasi were arrested and sent to jail.
In the investigation of the case, it had come before the SIT that Hayat had raised funds with builder Haji Wasi by selling properties worth Rs 1.30 crore. Just a day before the incident on June 3, Vasi had sold two properties worth around Rs 34 lakh. Vasi had given Rs 4 lakh each to Ateek Khichdi and Sablu of D-Two (District-II) gang.
Police sources said that after the action of Rasuka on Hayat and his partner Javed Ahmed, the file of Rasuka on builder Haji Wasi has been sent to the District Magistrate. On getting approval, Rasuka will be served in jail after taking action.
