Ghazipur: A reward of 25 thousand and Dilip Yadav, a resident of Ratuapar Atrauli of Azamgarh, who carried out the truck robbery by killing the driver in Jharkhand, was arrested in a police encounter near Sukhdevpur intersection of city Kotwali late on Thursday night. A pistol, four blank cartridges, a Splendor bike were recovered from the injured miscreant. The injured accused has been admitted to Sadar Hospital for first aid. From interrogation it came to know that the said person, who was loaded from Seraikela in Jharkhand and left for West Bengal, is a wanted accused in the incident of robbery of the truck and the murder of the original driver.
