Varanasi. The Gyanvapi case has again reached the district judge’s court for hearing after about a fortnight. Now the hearing of this case will start at around two o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, August 18. After the death of Abhay Nath Yadav, the chief advocate of Anjuman Intrageniya Committee on behalf of the Muslim side, which was looking into the Gyanvapi Masjid case in the court, there was confusion in front of the Muslim side. In this context, time was sought from the court to hear the matter. On which the court had given the time of 18 August to the Muslim side after almost a fortnight.
Court angry: Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri Case Case 693/2021 (18/2022) Rakhi Singh vs State of Uttar Pradesh The next hearing is fixed on 22 August 2022. The Court imposed a fine of Rs.500 on respondent No.4 Anjuman Arrangementaya Masjid Committee. The District Judge got angry after repeatedly asking for time. Anjuman had asked for ten days’ time.
Argument continues in Gyanvapi case: The hearing of Shringar Gauri case in Gyanvapi case was held on Thursday in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh. Fifteen days’ time was sought on behalf of the respondent due to the death of the chief advocate Abhaynath Yadav of the respondent Anjuman Intejamia Committee on the previous date. The court had fixed August 18 for this. In the court, five women, including the plaintiff Rakhi Singh, had pleaded for the worship of Shringar Gauri. Respondent Anjuman Intejamiya Masajid has raised a question on whether the suit is maintainable or not by making an application. All the parties in the case have presented their side before the court. Objection was to be filed on behalf of the Masjid side on the arguments presented by the plaintiff.
This was the whole case: Hearing is going on in the district judge’s court on the orders of the Supreme Court. In the hearing starting from 26th May, on the 4th, the case was dismissed and argued under the Code of Civil Procedure Order 07 Rule 11 (Merit) on behalf of Anjuman Inaztiya Masajid. Thereafter, arguments have been made by the plaintiffs’ advocates. On August 4, response to these submissions was to be filed on behalf of the respondent. Two days before the date, the respondent advocate Abhaynath passed away due to cardiac arrest. After this, on August 4, time was sought from the court for its reply. On this, the court had fixed August 18 for hearing.
Renewal preparation of Muslim side: Chief Advocate Abhaynath Yadav had argued in the court questioning the maintainability of the case and had put facts and arguments in favor of non-hearing. Now after his death, after a fortnight in the Gyanvapi and Maa Shringar Gauri case, the hearing is being held again in the court of District Judge AK Vishvesh. Amidst the ongoing debate on the maintainability of the case, the arguments of the Hindu side have been completed. In this case, rejoinder will be put on behalf of the Muslim side.
