Kanpur. UP Police is keeping a watchful eye on the gang involved in breaking up through salwar in competitive examinations. STF has arrested six members of Salwar gang from Bihar’s housing development in Kanpur. All of them had reached the examination center located in Ambedkar Puram to appear in the Group D test. Police are now trying to trace the other members of the gang by interrogating them. It is believed that now a big gang can be busted.
Group D examination was held on Monday at Unzip Technology Center, Ambedkarpuram, Residential Development-3 located in Kalyanpur, Kanpur. Here the written exam of MMT for UPSC was held. During the morning examination, instead of candidate Kush Kumar, a youth named Rajesh Kumar had reached the room with fake Aadhar card and admit card. The center administrator Rajiv Mishra, who was checking, suspected the document to be fake. On this he informed the police. The police reached the spot and started interrogation by arresting Rajesh Kumar of Pariona Noorsarai Nalanda Bihar.
On the spot of Rajesh, STF in-charge Lan Singh and his team stood near the examination center on Wednesday, Rajesh’s associates Mohanpur, Jalalpur, police station Nalanda, Bihar’s Suman Kumar, Jalalpur police station Harnauth, Nalanda’s Satish Kumar, Dhammaul police station Rajauli Nawada, Bihar’s Amarjeet Kumar, Inderjit Kumar Sinha of Nanad police station Silao Nalanda and Amarendra Kumar of Bara Khurd police station Noorsarai, Nalanda Bihar were arrested. Rawatpur SO Aman Singh said that all the Salwars are gang members and the accused are being sent to jail.
