Lucknow. Independence week is to be celebrated from 11 to 17 August in the country under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. The state government has completed preparations for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ program between August 13 and 15. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Culture Minister G. Told that three crore 18 lakh tricolors will be hoisted across the state. A total of three crore 18 lakh tricolors will be hoisted in the state under the ‘Har Ghar Tricolor’ program. The flags will be sent to the district headquarters by July 31, 2022.
Tricolor distribution centers include all schools, primary health centers and Anganwadi centres. Two crore 68 lakh tricolors will be installed in residential buildings, 50 lakh tricolors will be hoisted in government offices, non-government offices and other commercial institutions. A flag song has been composed by Jaighosh Pradesh.
Apart from this, according to the guidelines of the Central Government, the Tricolor program will be celebrated with full grandeur. He said that two crore flags are being procured by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) through GeM portal. One crore 18 lakh tricolors are being made through self-help groups, NGOs, private sewing centers etc. These are being kept in the stores of the development blocks. The Chief Development Officer will be in charge of this work.
BDO at the block level, Gram Panchayat Adhikari and Village Development Officer at the Gram Panchayat level have been made in-charge. During the video conferencing, State Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh, Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra, Agriculture Production Commissioner Manoj Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi, Additional Chief Secretary MSME and Information Navneet Sehgal and other senior officers were present.
