The survey team informed the court that it would take some time to compile its detailed survey report. For this reason, the court has given them time to present the survey report to the court in two days. Along with this, the Varanasi court has removed the court commissioner of the team that went to survey.
The Varanasi court has removed Ajay Mishra, the commissioner of the team that surveyed the Gyanvapi mosque. He has been relieved from the post of Court Commissioner. Along with this, the remaining two commissioners have been given time to present the survey report in two days. Ajay Mishra has been removed for making public the proceedings of the commission. Now Ajay Singh and Vishal Singh will present the report in the court. Ajay Kumar Mishra said that I have not done any such work which will disturb the confidentiality of the court. I was removed on the charge of Vishal ji. I will respect the order of the court but it will always hurt that Vishal ji has let me down to fulfill his ambition.
The survey report of Varanasi’s Gyanvapi Masjid complex could not be presented in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar today. The report has not yet been fully prepared. Ajay Singh, the assistant advocate commissioner appointed by the court for the commission’s action, said that the court had ordered to submit the survey report today, but the full report has not been prepared by the advocate commissioner yet. We submitted an application in the court today and requested to give the date for the second day. We have got time from the court to present the report in two days. We will present the survey report in the court after two days. There are hundreds of photos and hours of videos during the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. After considering all these, it will take time to prepare the report. Assistant Court Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh said that the survey lasted for three days i.e. from 14 to 16 May. Till now only 50 percent of its report has been prepared.
The three court commissioners today applied for extension of time in the court of the Civil Judge Senior Division regarding the submission of the report of the Court Commissioner’s survey of the Gyanvapi Masjid. Meanwhile, an application was made on behalf of the plaintiff to remove the closed wall towards Shringar Gauri and to appoint a court commissioner for the survey of the closed basement in front of Nandi. The hearing is currently going on in the Civil Judge’s court. There is a very loud debate from both the sides. The respondent advocate raised the objection that without the completion of the proceedings of the court commission, the action of the seal is not justified. The opposition advocate has demanded that the order to remove the seal should be ordered without seeing the report of the proceedings. Whereas the plaintiff advocate said that the court should order the commission proceedings by opening the door below what is being called the fountain by the opposition advocate.
The survey of Gyanvapi campus started on 14 May. On Monday, the last day of the three-day survey, the Hindu side claimed to have found a Shivling in the Vazukhana of the Gyanvapi Masjid. The place has been sealed by the order of the court on the claim of the Hindu side. The Muslim side has denied the claim of the Hindu side and called it a fountain. Along with this, it has also been said that he will appeal in the High Court against the order of the District Court. After the survey there, the police and administrative department is taking extra vigilance regarding peace and law and order. Police and PAC personnel are deployed in mixed populated areas.
