Lucknow. After higher education in Uttar Pradesh, National Education Policy is going to be followed in secondary and primary education also. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that the new pattern of high school board examination should be implemented before the start of the new session of 2023. The new pattern of board examination in class 12 needs to be implemented by 2025, so that the work of structural academic and administrative reforms can be completed.
On the presentation of the action plan of the Education Department before the Council of Ministers, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed that within five years, a strategy should be started for the establishment of high schools and intermediate colleges in all the unserved areas. Smart class rooms, real time monitoring, student tracking system and integrated data management system should be implemented in all schools.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that action should be initiated in the direction of establishment of internship program, employment-oriented skill education and certification, State School Standards Authority in class 9 and 11. Also, do evaluation and certification of schools after five years.
The Chief Minister said that a Directorate of Sanskrit Education should be formed within two years. Also, in view of the use of technology in education, implement an integrated data management system. Consideration should be given to amending the standards for teacher awards.
Efforts should be made from now to introduce Wi-Fi facility in government schools, website of all schools, email id of all students, biometric attendance in government schools in hundred days. Development of career counseling portal ‘Pankh’, online grading of school monitoring and e-library portal should also be done.
Make an action plan for employable education in higher education institutions: The Chief Minister said that action should be taken to provide employment-oriented education in higher educational institutions. In a hundred days, launch the portal by making manuals for e-learning parks in 120 government colleges. Also, online portal for application for establishment of private universities, incubators in five state colleges and three state universities should be launched.
Complete the first phase of construction of three state universities in 2023: The Chief Minister said that the first phase of three new state universities, Maa Shakumbri University, Saharanpur, Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University Aligarh and Maharaja Suheldev State University Azamgarh, should be completed by March 2023. The UGC has given approval to obtain two degrees simultaneously. According to his guideline, a strategy should be prepared here.
Connect Sanskrit with employment, start diploma courses: The Chief Minister said that there is a need to connect Sanskrit with employment through technology. Start 180 hours certificate and 360 hours diploma courses. For online Sanskrit training, training program should be conducted by Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Varanasi. To impart training in the fields of traditional Sanskrit learning, rituals, astrology, Vastu Shastra and Yoga etc., proceed rapidly in the direction of preparing archakas and priests.
Council teachers will get cashless medical facility: The Chief Minister directed that council teachers should be benefited from cashless medical facility within 100 days. Work in a planned manner with the target of enrolling two crore students in the council schools in the session 2022-23. Enrollment of all the students should be 100% Aadhaar. Children come to school in uniform. Within two years, action should be taken to connect all the students studying in the state with the child tracking system. Work with the goal of setting up at least one class room for each class in all the council schools. Efforts should be made to establish Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya in every block.

- Abhyudaya Yojana has given a good platform to the youth of Uttar Pradesh for free and level preparation of competitive exams. These classes conducted at the divisional headquarters should be extended to all 75 districts.
- Technology courses are required to be updated from time to time. Youth should be trained by including cutting edge subjects like Drone Technology, Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Data Science, Machine Learning.
- Skilled youth should be prepared according to the need of the market in vocational education.
- Career counseling cell should be constituted in every educational institution as far as possible.
- Other technical institutions including ITIs and Polytechnics should be linked with ODOP Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana and connected with contemporary trade. Efforts should be made to engage more and more youth by giving wide publicity to the apprenticeship scheme.
- State Institute Ranking Framework should be issued on the lines of NIRF. This will create a sense of healthy competition among the institutions. Whether the student has to take admission or to do placement company placement, there will be facility in selecting the institution.
- A detailed action plan should be prepared for the establishment of International Pharmacy and Bio-Engineering Research Institute and School of Planning and Urban Management in the state.
