Lucknow. Two other accused have been arrested in connection with the murder of Jaswinder Singh alias Romi, the operator of Chikchik restaurant in Alambagh. Joginder Singh alias Boney and Nitish Bhatnagar are among the arrested accused. The murder was done at the behest of Jugunu Walia, the henchman of Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari. The police is now raiding in search of another involved in the incident. Inspector Anil Singh said that the arrested accused Joginder is a resident of near Aishbagh bridge and Nitish Birhana in Joshi Tola.
Evidence received by the police in interrogation of the accused on remand: Deepak Makhija and Jaspreet, who were sent to jail for murder in the past, were taken on remand by the police. During the two-day remand, information about Joginder and Nitish came to the fore during interrogation. After this the police formed teams for their arrest. Both were arrested on Tuesday. One of the accused in the murder is still absconding. The search is on for him. During interrogation, the police came to know that the murder took place at the behest of Jugunu Walia. Jugunu Walia is close to Baahubali Mukhtar Ansari.
Jaswinder was shot with two bullets: ACP Alambagh said that on the night of October 27, the owner of Chikchik restaurant, Jaswinder was killed by the car rider Deepak Makhija and his partner Jaspreet. Both had a dispute with Jaswinder. After this, Deepak Makhija had fired two bullets. Jaswinder died during treatment in trauma due to bullet injuries in the chest and stomach. Both were arrested and sent to jail. Both were taken on remand on Friday. On his behest on Saturday, the pistol used in the incident was also recovered from behind the office of ACP Cantt. There was a dispute over money. Apart from this, many other disputes including supremacy were also going on between them.
