Lucknow. The SIT, which is probing the violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, has intensified efforts to nab the suspects. On Tuesday, the SIT released photographs of some of the suspects involved in the incident. The SIT has also appealed to the people to give information about these suspects. Appropriate rewards will be given to those providing information. Eight people, including four farmers, were killed in the violence that took place on October 3. In this case, the police have arrested many accused including Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra’s son Ashish.
Even though the case of the death of eight people in the violence during the anti-agriculture law movement in Lakhimpur Kheri Ketikuniya is not yet fully resolved, the SIT is proceeding rapidly in this matter. In two separate cases registered in this case, a speedy investigation started in the case filed by the farmers earlier, in which a total of 10 accused including Ashish Mishra Monu, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra Teni, have been arrested so far. Now for the last two days, the investigation of the second case registered in this case, which is related to the death of BJP workers, has also intensified.
On Monday, the SIT had called 10 people in the case and recorded their statements while interrogating them. Now on Tuesday, the SIT has released six photos on the internet media. All these photos are from during the violence on October 3 in Tikunia. The SIT says that these photos are suspects who were involved in the incident. With the photo, the SIT has appealed to the general public to identify the suspects after seeing the photo and tell their name, address. Not only will the identity of those who do this be kept secret, but they will also be rewarded.
