The Mumbai team, captained by Rohit Sharma, took to the field to make a last attempt to reach the last place in the playoffs. His hopes are negligible but still the team would like to take a dignified farewell from the tournament by winning at least the last match. Sunrisers’ team had defeated RCB’s team in a thrilling match in the last match, so this match is not going to be easy for Mumbai.
Mumbai has to score above 200 against Hyderabad in today’s match. After this the match would have to be won by the end of 170 runs. If this happens, then Mumbai’s place will be made in the playoff or else it will be out. By the way, in the year 2017, Mumbai defeated Delhi by 146 runs. This is the biggest win in terms of runs in the tournament so far.
