Farmers boarded Dehradun Shatabdi Express coach without ticket
At the same time, before this, about 150 farmers boarded several coaches of Dehradun Shatabdi Express without tickets at New Delhi railway station on Sunday morning to go to Muzaffarnagar Mahapanchayat. When they tried to get him off the train, they started creating a ruckus. They fought for about an hour and a half. Due to this, there was a delay in the operation of this train and it was able to leave the station with a delay of one hour and 20 minutes. Because of this, other passengers had to face trouble. It is being told that these farmers had reached New Delhi railway station by a train from Punjab. Dehradun Shatabdi Express leaves New Delhi at 6.45 am and reaches Muzaffarnagar at around 8:.45 am. So all the farmers boarded this train. When the train staff tried to alight them, they started creating a ruckus.
On receiving the information about the matter, many other railway officials including the station master reached the spot. Still, the farmers were not ready to take the train. So later the GRP and RPF had to be called. After about one and a half hours of effort, the matter was pacified by persuading the farmers and they were made to sit in a separate coach. After this the train left New Delhi Railway Station at 8.05.
