Meerut: In Meerut, the dispute between husband and wife increased so much that the matter reached the family counseling center. At first, the victim woman has accused of dowry harassment, but when the police started counseling, it came to know that the dispute happened over watching porn movies. After this, both the agreements were reached that there would be a mobile ban in the bedroom.
A 25-year-old girl resident of Daurala area was married in July 2020 to a youth of Incholi area of Meerut. The newlyweds complained to the police officials accusing the in-laws of demanding dowry. Husband beats and physically abuses her. After this, the SP Crime had sent the matter to the Family Counseling Center. In the counseling center, CO Rupali Rai and PPK in-charge Monica Jindal and other counselors counseled the couple on different charges. In which it was found that the case was not of dowry harassment.
The woman told in counseling that after marriage, the husband used to watch porn movies in the mobile in the bedroom. The victim said that the husband used to torture her mentally and physically by watching porn movies. Despite protests, he was tortured. The victim also said that if the husband gives up the habit of porn films, she will move to her in-laws’ house with her husband.
Husband agreed
In this case, the married woman has entered into an agreement with the husband on the condition that the husband will not see the mobile phone in the bedroom. Also, whatever we talk on mobile in the house, do it in front of the wife. The young man accepted the conditions placed by the wife and the young man told the police in writing that the wife had placed the condition. He approves of me. The young man said that I will not watch porn movies in mobile nor will I pressurize my wife for it.
