The second match between the five-match T20 International Series between Australia and Bangladesh was played at the Sher-e-Bengali stadium of Dhaka. Once again the Bangladeshi bowlers troubled the Australian batsmen and gave the host team a great victory. Australia could only bat 121 runs and Bangladesh easily achieved this goal and won five wickets. With this victory, Bangladesh has been ahead 2-0 in the series. Afif Hussain, who played the hero of Bangladesh’s victory, who played 37 runs at 31 balls. Mustafigur Rahman scored three wickets for 23 runs. After losing the first match by 23 runs, Australia won the toss in this match and decided to bat first. Alex Carrie and Josh Philip scored 11 and 10 runs out. Michel Marsh and Mysis Henriques brought scores to 88 runs. Henriques were dismissed by 25 runs and after this the Australian team was completely shattered. Australia scored 121 runs for seven overs in 20 overs.
In response, Bangladesh was not even good. Until 67 runs, Bangladesh lost five wickets. Veterans like a gentle government, Shakib Al Hasan and Mahmudullah had returned to the pavilion. Afif gave Bangladesh winning Bangladesh together with wicketkeeper Nurul Hassan. Nurul was dismissed with 22 runs on 21 balls. Australia’s Michel Marsh, Josh Hedgood, Ashton Eager, Adam Jampa and Andrew Ti took one wicket each.
