Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has landed on ground zero after the corona report came negative. He is constantly visiting districts and reviewing them there. In this sequence, he is on a tour of Muzaffarnagar today. During this, Yogi said that the state government is fully alert about the possibility of third wave. We have made preparations for this in view of the risk of infection in children. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath left the police line to inspect the Kovid centers. Here he oversaw the Integrated Covid Control Room. Taking stock of all arrangements, necessary guidelines were also given. After that, he had a meeting with the officials. The meeting instructed the officials regarding the prevention of corona infection.
Yogi said, “The state government is fully alert to the possibility of third wave. We have made preparations for this in view of the danger of infection in children. In every district, the process of pediatric ICU construction and medical staff training starts. It has been done. Kovid-19 in the rural areas is already fully alert about the possibility of infection. Screening is going on in the villages by the house-to-house monitoring committee since May 5. Listing of the symptomatic and suspected persons Also, medical kits are being made available to the people. Within 24 hours, antigen tests and RT-PCR tests of people are being done after reaching such villages. ”
He said that the work of cleanliness, sanitization and fogging is being done, 6 medical oxygen plants are also proposed in Muzaffarnagar, which we are going to set up soon. There are already 4 medical oxygen plants here. For every district to become self-sufficient in the supply of medical oxygen, action has also been started under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi. The process of setting up more than 300 medical oxygen plants has started in the state. UP is the highest Kovid-19 test state in the country.
The Chief Minister said that till now we have completed 4.50 crore Kovid-19 Tests. Currently our recovery rate is 90 percent. The highest number of positive cases in the country came on 24 April. In the last week of April, our positivity rate was high and recovery rate was low. I am happy to inform you today that now the positivity rate in the state is continuously decreasing.
During this, he said that the new challenge of black fungus disease has come to us. Some cases related to this disease have been registered in the state. Advisory has already been issued regarding this. Arrangements have been made in every district for the treatment of Black Fungus and Post Kovid patients. After addressing the media, the Chief Minister visited the village Rampur in the Kotwali area of the city. There he spoke to ASHA workers of the rapid response team involved in the corona virus infection.
