Prayagraj The Allahabad High Court has given a big order regarding the qualification to become a basic teacher. The court has said that 69000 assistant teachers are also entitled to get post-intermediate training degree recruiters. The High Court has ruled it wrong to refuse the appointment of the petitioner on the grounds of lack of training after graduation.
The High Court said that according to the Basic Education Rules, the appointment of Assistant Teacher is 10 + 2 degree and training with 45 percent marks. In such a situation, the refusal to appoint a recognized diploma holder from the NCTE in the post of Intermediate to Assistant Teacher Recruitment is not correct. The High Court has directed the BSA of Amethi to appoint the petitioner. This order has been given by Justice SD Singh on the petition of Priya Devi.
Advocate Man Bahadur Singh debated the petition. They said that Yachty was selected in the recruitment of Assistant Teacher. After counseling, he refused appointment, stating that training after graduation is a valid qualification. However, Yachty has undergone training after intermediate, which was challenged. The court said that this issue has already been explained in the Vikram Singh case. Under this, the minimum qualification for appointment to the post of assistant teacher is intermediate with a training degree. In such a case, it is wrong to refuse the appointment of the petitioner.
