Within five minutes of booking five rupees, 60 thousand rupees were blown out of the woman’s account in different installments. The victim alleged that she did not have any OTP before the transaction. Seeing the message of deducting money from the account, the woman came to know about the fraud. 53 thousand loan taken by opening fake account
Rudrapur: A loan for a bike of Rs 53100 was taken by opening a fake account in Noida in the name of a resident of Vidwani Market. In this case complained to Noida Police but action was not taken. In the application submitted to the court, Deepak Taneja, a resident of Vidhwani Bazaar, said that he has a loan account with HDFC Bank. In which he has taken a loan many times and has paid it back. On January 3, 2020, he applied for a loan. During this, it was found out that someone in his name had taken a loan in a fake way. To confirm this, he went to the bank and inquired. During this, he came to know that a loan of Rs 53100 has been taken in his name for a two-wheeler at HDFC Bank’s Noida branch. Which is visible in his Cibil account. Not only this, the number recorded in it is also from someone else. The bank has also added interest to Rs 1.89 lakh. He complained about this to Noida, Uttar Pradesh Police, but did not hear. Here, on Thursday on the order of the court, the police have registered a case of cheating on unknown. Kotwal NN Pant told that investigation is being done. Necessary action will be taken after this.
