Lucknow. Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh will present a huge budget in the budget session of the Legislature on Monday. After getting approval from the Cabinet, Finance Minister Suresh Kumar arrived at Vidhan Bhavan to present the biggest budget ever with Khanna. Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna started the budget speech after the approval of Speaker Hayanarayan Dixit in the Assembly.
Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna presented the budget of Uttar Pradesh in one hour and 40 minutes. Khanna presented a total budget of 5 lakh 50 thousand 270 crore for 2021-2022. Earlier, in the financial year 2020-21, the budget was Rs 5.12 lakh crore. In this way, the budget of this financial year is 38 thousand crore rupees more than the previous year.

Along with this, the police department along with the state’s medical system also worked on a large scale.
Khanna said that the government is very serious about the health of the people of the state. A provision of 1950 crores is proposed for this. New Lab to be set up at Sanjay Gandhi PGI, Lucknow. With this, nine medical colleges are being constructed. A separate new arrangement will be made for diabetic patients at PGI Lucknow.

Compassion on farmers: The Finance Minister said in the budget speech that crops that are more productive in the state will be identified. Farmer production organizations will be established at the block level. One hundred crore rupees will also be given for this. Apart from this, he has announced that farmers will be given Rs 700 crore for free water facility. Also, it has been announced to give loans to farmers at a discounted price. The Finance Minister said that an amount of 600 crore rupees has been proposed under the Chief Minister Krishak Accident Welfare Scheme launched with the aim of providing social security to the farmers of the state. The government has waived off the loans of farmers along with the farmers pension. Now the Chief Minister Krishak Accident Welfare Scheme has been started with a view to provide social security to the farmers of the state. An amount of 600 crores has been proposed for this. Farmers were given a Samman Nidhi of Rs.26 million.
Focus on development of Ayodhya and Airport: Yogi Adityanath Sarkar State’s focus is on air connectivity with Ayodhya. In the budget, the government has given Rs 2,000 crore for Jewar Airport of Greater Noida and Rs 101 crore for Maryada Purushottam Shriram Airport in Ayodhya. With this Chitrakoot and Sonbhadra Airport will be activated in 2021. The airport to be built in Ayodhya will be named Maryada Purushottam Shriram Airport. 140 crore has been given for the development of Ayodhya along with the airport. A national inspiration site will be developed at a cost of 50 crore in Lucknow, while 100 million has been arranged for the metro in Varanasi-Gorakhpur.
Allocation of Rs 20 crores for construction of Advocate Chamber in various districts. A corpus fund of Rs five crore has been allocated for the welfare of young advocates. Atal schools will be opened in all the mandals of the state. Along with this, 2000 rupees is proposed in the Atal Drinking Water Scheme. There is a provision of 15 thousand crores for the Jalajivan Mission. A budget of 22 crore is proposed for Arogya Water in the state. In the Abhyudaya Yojana, the selected candidates will be given a tablet on merit basis for the preparation of competitive examinations. 1107 rupees will be given to Purvanchal Expressway.

Hefty amounts can also be given for augmenting and strengthening facilities in the mandi complexes. There will also be an eye on whether the government executes the announcement of providing interest-free crop loans to farmers in the BJP’s resolution letter. The government will also allocate budget for conducting panchayat elections.
Women should also take care: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s announcement of giving six thousand rupees annually to three divorce victims and Hindu abandoned women can be implemented through the budget.
Employees can get relief: Dearness allowances of government employees who have been frozen since January 2020 due to financial crisis in Corona epidemic and dearness relief of pensioners may also be included in the budget.
