In the previous session, the gold price of the February contract was Rs 49,260 per 10 grams. Similarly, on April 5, 2021, the price of delivery gold was falling by Rs 50, ie 0.10 per cent, at Rs 49,293 per 10 grams. In the previous session, the gold price in April contract was Rs 49343 per 10 grams.
Silver Price in Futures Market
On the Multi Commodity Exchange at 11:16 am, the price of silver delivered in March was trending at Rs 63,500 per kg with a gain of one rupee. In the previous session, the silver price for the March contract was at Rs 63,499 per kg. At the same time, silver price in May was trending at Rs 64,450 per kg with a rise of Rs 48 i.e. 0.07 per cent. On Wednesday, the price of May contract silver was at Rs 64,402 per kg.
Gold Price in Global Market
According to Bloomberg, gold was trading at $ 1,90.40 an ounce, a rise of $ 5.90, or 0.32 per cent, on Comex in February. Similarly, in the spot market, gold was down by $ 0.93, or 0.05 per cent, to $ 1,838.62 an ounce.
Silver Price in International Market
According to Bloomberg, silver for delivery in March 2021 on Comex was up $ 0.11, or 0.46 per cent, at $ 24.10 an ounce. Similarly, in the spot market, silver was down by $ 0.02, or 0.09 per cent, to $ 23.93.
