Jhansi: An interesting incident has come to light in Deli village of Raksa police station area of Jhansi, where the girlfriend kidnapped the groom after reaching the wedding pavilion. The girlfriend put the groom in her car and took him straight to the police station, where a long panchayat was held between the two parties. The girlfriend claimed that she and the groom have been in a love affair for 10 years. Finally, after the settlement, the girlfriend took the groom to her village in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, where both of them are going to get married.
The groom had promised to marry
The girlfriend told that she and the groom Sunny were in a relationship with each other for the last 10 years. Sunny had also promised to marry her, but now he was marrying another girl. As soon as she got the news of this, she came straight to the place where her boyfriend’s wedding was taking place. The girlfriend took a tough decision and said that she would not let this happen. With all her hard work and the help of friends, she picked up Sunny from the pavilion and took him to the police station.
Long Panchayat held in the police station
After hours of Panchayat between both the families in the police station, Sunny finally agreed to marry the girl. The girl took a promise of marriage from Sunny and took him to her home in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, where preparations for their marriage are now underway. Raksa SHO Shivkumar K said that there was a reconciliation between the two parties and after the settlement, the groom Sunny’s girlfriend went to her village Datia with him. Now both of them will get married there. Police say that the matter has been completely resolved after the settlement. In this interesting development, the decision was taken with the consent of both the families.
