Meerut. Muskan was found to be 25 to 30 days pregnant during the pregnancy test in the district jail. It is believed that after killing Saurabh, Muskan went to Kasol and conceived. The jail administration can now keep Muskan in a separate barrack. She will be provided all the facilities of a pregnant woman. On Monday, Sahil’s grandmother Pushpa reached the jail for the second time to meet him. She assured Sahil that he would be released soon after getting bail.
In Brahmapuri, Muskan and Sahil killed Saurabh on March 3 and put the body in a drum and cemented it. On the evening of March 4, both went to Himachal for a trip, and returned on March 17. On March 18, the police arrested both of them. On March 19, the court sent them to jail in judicial custody for 14 days. Currently, both of them were remanded by the court till April 15. Both of them were first produced in the court through video conferencing from the jail itself.
Grandmother arrives to meet Sahil
On Monday, Sahil’s grandmother Pushpa arrived to meet him for the second time. Pushpa, who came with food items for Sahil, said that soon Sahil will be released from jail on bail. He has committed such an act on Muskan’s behest due to intoxication. On the other hand, when Muskan’s health deteriorated, on Monday, Gynecologist Komal from the District Women’s Hospital went to the district jail to do her pregnancy test.
Jail Superintendent Veeresh Raj Sharma said that Muskan’s pregnancy report showed that she was 25 to 30 days pregnant. After she becomes pregnant, she will be kept in the barrack for pregnant women in the jail. Also, pregnant women’s facilities will also be provided. She will not be asked to do any major work. Also, she will be examined by the doctors of the jail hospital from time to time.
Inspector Ramakant Pachauri said that the police have sufficient evidence against Muskan and Sahil, they will definitely get punishment from the court. There will be no relaxation in the punishment if she becomes pregnant. On the other hand, none of her family or relatives have visited Muskaan in jail yet.
