Civil Aviation Minister inaugurated
In fact, to strengthen regional connectivity, the Ministry of Civil Aviation started the flight of its aircraft Boeing-737 from Kolkata-Hindon-Goa on March 1, 2025. The project was inaugurated by Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu at Hindon. Hindon Airport is located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Due to its strategic position, dual-use potential, military base and ability to handle air traffic, it is an important asset for the country. Starting flights from Hindon will greatly help in reducing air traffic in NCR.
