Lucknow. After the strong reprimand of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for all kinds of disorder in Mahakumbh, top officials have now reached Prayagraj and taken charge. Yogi has also indicated strict action against the officers responsible for the disorder. It is believed that action will be taken against careless officers after the last bath of Mahakumbh on February 26. The Chief Minister has expressed the most displeasure over the traffic system on the roads leading to Prayagraj. For the all-round jam, he took ADG Traffic Satyanarayan, Prayagraj Zone ADG Bhanu Bhaskar and other concerned officials to task and raised serious questions on their activeness. Sources say that the Chief Minister has removed the officers who were negligent towards their duties and has given instructions to deploy active officers. In a video conferencing late on Monday night, he instructed the officials to end the problem of jam with immediate effect for the convenience of the devotees. For this, he has specially sent his trusted officer ADG Law and Order Amitabh Yash to Prayagraj. Yogi also reprimanded the concerned officials for cleanliness and transport system in Mahakumbh. In view of the Chief Minister’s tough stand, Principal Secretary of Urban Development Department Amrit Abhijat reached Prayagraj on Tuesday and started efforts to improve cleanliness and transport system. Additional buses have also been sent from various districts to organize the traffic system of Prayagraj. It is worth noting that many videos are being circulated regarding the chaos in the Mahakumbh. Hearty greetings to the devotees Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has extended heartfelt greetings to the people of the state and the saints, kalpvasis and devotees who have come to take bath in the Mahakumbh on the auspicious occasion of Maghi Purnima. In his message, the Chief Minister said that till now more than 45 crore devotees have received the holy benefit of holy Triveni bath in the Mahakumbh starting from Paush Purnima (January 13). Now Magh Purnima is the holy occasion of bathing in which bathing, donation and worship have special significance. This date is a special festival for the devotees who do a month-long Kalpavas at the Sangam site in Prayagraj. One month of Kalpavas is completed on Maghi Purnima.
