Implicated in a false case – Rakesh Rathore
Rathore had said that he has been falsely implicated in the rape case with malice and if the incident was true, the victim should have lodged an FIR immediately, but she has lodged the FIR after four years. Opposing the petition, Additional Advocate General VK Shahi said that the statement given by the victim to the police and the written statement are the same, in which she has supported the incident, so Rakesh Rathore cannot be called innocent.
