A case of brutality against a four-year-old girl has come to light in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The girl was called to her house by her neighbor on some pretext and killed, and then when they were about to dispose of the body by stuffing it in a sack, the matter was revealed. After this, the police have arrested the girl’s aunt and her husband. It is not yet clear why the accused committed this crime. However, the police have sent the body for post-mortem and have started investigating the case from every possible angle.
The case is of Shikarpur Chaudhary village in Izzatnagar police station area of Bareilly. A 4-year-old girl living here was playing outside her house on Saturday. During this time she went missing. On getting the information, the family searched for her in the surrounding area, but when no news was found anywhere, they lodged a complaint with the police. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police also immediately formed a team to search for the girl. This team started interrogating the people living around the girl’s house.
Suspicion arose due to the house being closed
During this interrogation, all the neighbors came out of their houses on their own and started cooperating with the police in the investigation. On the other hand, no one came out of the house of Gangaram, who lives next door to the girl. No one even opened the door. This made the police suspicious and the police opened the door and looked inside. There, the body of the girl was found in a sack. It was found that Gangaram and his daughter-in-law Savitri had brutally murdered this girl. However, after the incident, they did not get a chance to dispose of the body.
Police entangled in investigation
At present, the police have taken the accused into custody and started interrogation. On the other hand, the girl’s family said that they have good relations with the neighbors. They do not even have any dispute with the accused. The police investigation has become more complicated due to this statement of the family. According to the police, no concrete reason for this incident has come to light yet. The police said that the accused woman Savitri is the aunt of the deceased girl. Gangaram is Savitri’s father-in-law.
