Street dog died in Bijrol village of Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. After this, the villagers together organized Shanti Yagya and Brahma Bhoj for the peace of his soul. The people of the village used to call this dog as Tommy. The whole village is saddened by Tommy’s death and is praying for the peace of his soul.
Actually, in Bijrol village of Baghpat, street dog Tommy aka Munna used to roam in the streets. People say that Tommy was everyone’s favorite. He used to protect the whole locality. Tommy alias Munna died on August 6 at the age of about twelve. The villagers were very sad after Tommy’s death. People performed havan and prayed for the peace of his soul. Tommy alias Munna’s thirteenth was also organized.
The villagers say that because of Tommy’s qualities everyone is remembering him today. Tommy was only a day old when he was orphaned. Tommy was brought up by the people of the neighborhood and Tommy also dedicated his life to those who saved his life. The whole village is sad after Tommy’s death.
‘There was a lot of goodness in him’
Shravan Singh of the village says that Tommy was liked by the people of the entire village. We all liked his qualities. We were all impressed by his qualities. Regarding the same, today a feast has been organized for about 500 people. Everyone has cooperated in this. Everyone is remembering his goodness.
‘We raised him like a child’
Kusum, who brought up Tommy, gets emotional remembering him. He says that we brought him up like a child from a young age. He was definitely a dog, but was intelligent like a man. That was very nice. He never bothered anyone. Another woman of the locality says that our children used to bring Tommy. Used to sit at home. He never used to hoard water. He used to eat and drink only in his utensils.
