Gorakhpur. To further enhance the beauty of Ramgarhtal, which is being developed as a world-class tourist destination, Tal Ring Road will be constructed by the Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA). Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will lay the foundation stone of this two-lane wide ring road to be built at a cost of 44 crore 13 lakhs on Sunday. The Chief Minister is coming to Gorakhpur at around 10:30 am on Sunday morning on a two-day tour.
The Chief Minister will present 43 development projects of GDA and other departments at 4 pm in the program organized at Bhati Vihar located in Chief Minister Rajendra Nagar. This includes 38 projects of the District Urban Development Agency. Its cost is around Rs 78 crore. Foundation stone of Mini Sports Complex to be constructed by GDA will also be laid in Bhati Vihar itself.
Ring road will enhance the beauty of Tal
The length of the Ring Road to be constructed at Ramgarhtal will be 6.66 km. Its tender has been done. Road 2.66 km from RKBK to Sahara Estate and 4 km road from RKBK to Sahara Estate will be constructed. The main road inside Sahara Estate will also be used to complete the Ring Road. Along with this, PWD road will be used on Deoria bypass till Shiv Mandir and from there till Nayak.
With the construction of this road, the distance from Taramandal area to Mohaddipur will decrease. There will also be strengthening of embankments in the pond. Six crore 17 lakh 80 thousand rupees will be spent on water sports complex. The Mini Sports Complex will have a synthetic track, basketball court, indoor badminton court, lawn tennis court, volleyball court and table tennis court, shooting range, cricket net practice range, multipurpose hall for many other sports.
Foundation stone of these major projects will be laid
- Ramgarhtal Ring Road from Padleganj to Sahara Estate, cost Rs 44 crore 13 lakh
- Rejuvenation of 63 council primary schools, cost Rs 11 crore 24 lakh 78 thousand
- Mini Sports Complex in Bhati Vihar Colony, cost Rs 6 crore 17 lakh 80 thousand
- Widening, side interlocking and other works of the road connecting Sonauli road to Ramnagar intersection, cost Rs 4 crore 3 lakh 16 thousand
- Shifting and lighting of power line and transformer from the road connecting Ramnagar intersection to Sonauli Road, cost Rs 2 crore 52 lakh 52 thousand
The Chief Minister will come today on a two-day tour
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Gorakhpur on Sunday morning on a two-day tour. He will gift various development projects. A review meeting of development works can also be held with the officials during the day. The Chief Minister is likely to leave for Lucknow on Monday. The Chief Minister will reach Gorakhpur at around 10:30 am on Sunday morning. He will directly go to Gorakhnath temple. From there, he will attend the foundation stone laying program of development projects to be held in Bhati Vihar Colony in the evening and lay the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 78 crore. Will address the people present there. In view of the arrival of the Chief Minister, the district administration is busy preparing.
