Saharanpur. The district police is continuously tightening the noose on the miscreants. Talking about Thursday itself, three miscreants have been shot in three separate encounters. Late on Thursday, two miscreants from Nepal along with Biharigarh police station and SOG team had an encounter. One miscreant got injured due to bullet injury, while the other miscreant managed to escape by dodging the police. In this encounter, a soldier was also shot in the leg. Both the injured have been admitted to the district hospital. Items stolen from Nepalese thief in the house of businessman KL Arora have been found.
Kainaat Arora’s uncle’s house stolen
SSP Akash Tomar said that on Thursday night information was received that Nepali thieves who robbed the house of KL Arora, uncle of film heroine Kainat Arora, living on Link Road of Kotwali area of the city, are about to pass through Sunderpur Shakambhari Marg. After which the SSP put Biharigarh police station in-charge Manoj Chaudhary and SOG in-charge Jaiveer along with their teams on Shakambhari road. Both the teams started checking the vehicles. Then two youths came on a bike and seeing the police checking them, they ran the bike. After going some distance, the bike-borne miscreants opened fire on the police. After which the police also retaliated and opened fire.
Search continues for second miscreant
One bullet hit the leg of constable Pankaj, while one bullet hit the leg of a miscreant. The miscreant was identified as Parmanand alias Pawan’s son Tularam resident of District Doti Nepal. While combing was done in search of another miscreant, but he managed to escape. During interrogation, Parmanand told that he along with one of his accomplices had robbed KL Arora’s house. The accused will be sent to jail after being produced in the court on Friday. 52 thousand rupees and other items stolen from the accused have also been found.
