Lucknow. CM Yogi Adityanath is on high alert after new cases of Corona virus infection gained momentum in Uttar Pradesh. In Lok Bhawan on Tuesday, he held a meeting with the chairpersons of all the committees constituted to check the growing cases of Kovid-19 epidemic in the state. He also directed to monitor team in the capital Lucknow as well as all other districts where PCS officers are engaged, where people are more affected.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized to take special precautions everywhere for effective control of corona virus infection in the state. He has asked to strengthen the treatment system in the capital Lucknow, Prayagraj, Kanpur Nagar, Varanasi, Agra, Meerut, Jhansi, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Saharanpur, Bareilly and Gautam Budh Nagar. The Chief Minister instructed to send officers of Special Secretary level in all these districts to safeguard the treatment from Kovid-19 along with continuous monitoring of the system of treatment.
He said that there is no shortage of beds for Kovid patients in the state. Keeping in mind the present circumstances, it has become necessary that maximum number of beds should be ensured in Kovid Hospitals of all the districts. He has instructed to arrange additional beds as per the needs of the district by assessing the situation. He asked to carry out contact tracing work very actively, and also directed to carry out more and more tests of corona virus in all districts. More and more people in the target age group everywhere should be motivated for Kovid vaccination.
CM Yogi Adityanath said that the system of Kovid help desk should be operated smoothly in all the districts. Now all government offices and private establishments should have infrared thermometers and sanitizers. Special attention should be paid to adhere to physical distancing everywhere and mandatory use of masks. Through effective policing, it should be ensured that there is no crowd gathering anywhere. He said that no more than 200 people should gather in open spaces and more than 100 people in closed places for public and Mangal programs. Integrated Command and Control Center should be actively operated in all districts. Monitoring committees in rural and urban areas should be functioning effectively.
The Chief Minister was reviewing the unlocked system at a high-level meeting convened at Lok Bhawan here today. He directed that treatment arrangements should be strengthened in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Kanpur Nagar, Varanasi, Agra, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Jhansi and Gautam Budh Nagar. Additional medical staff including specialist doctors should be deployed in these districts as required. Continuous monitoring of the system of rescue and treatment from Kovid-19 should be done by sending officers to the level of Special Secretary in these districts. He emphasized better covid management to prevent the spread of corona.
The Chief Minister instructed to carry out contact tracing work very actively. Corona infected living in home isolation should be monitored regularly by monitoring them. It should be ensured that monitoring committees in rural and urban areas are functioning effectively.
He said that more and more tests of corona should be done. He directed to conduct the vaccination of Kovid-19 in accordance with the guidelines of the Government of India and said that more people in the targeted age group should be motivated for Kovid vaccination.
The Chief Minister said that the system of Kovid Help Desk should be managed smoothly. Symptomatic people should be identified using infrared thermometer and pulse oximeter. He directed that infrared thermometers and sanitizers should be provided in all government offices and private establishments. The Chief Minister instructed to make people constantly aware about the rescue from Corona. He said that public address system including various media should be widely used for this.

Renuka Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary MSME and Information Navneet Sehgal, Additional Chief Secretary Agriculture Devesh Chaturvedi, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister SP Goel, Additional Chief Secretary Health Amit Mohan Prasad, Principal Secretary Medical Education Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary Chief Minister and Information Sanjay Prasad, Secretary. Chief Minister Alok Kumar and Information Director Shishir and other senior officials were there.
