Lucknow. Like Ayodhya, Kamdhenu Deepawali will be celebrated with Gomai lamps on the banks of the river Gaimati in Laxman’s city Lucknow. Deep Chhoti Diwali will be celebrated on 13 November in Jhulelal Vatika near Hanuman Setu in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation, with one lakh beef cow dung in the evening. Uttar Pradesh Goseva Commission Chairman Prof. Shyamandan Singh said that even at cultural places like Ayodhya, Mathura, Kashi and Chitrakoot, Gomai will light up Diwali. Apart from this, the sculptures of Gomay Laxmi-Ganesh and Hanuman will also be the main attraction of this Diwali.
In Goseva Commission Auditorium, Shyamandan Singh also counted the achievements of the Commission and the work done to make the cowsheds self-sufficient. He said that about 65000 destitute bovines have been handed over to 35000 families so far. In addition to making compost from cow dung, he gave information about biogas, logs, pottery, incense sticks, incense sticks, incense burner, rakhi and various types of decorative items. There was also talk of increasing employment opportunities by linking them with MSMEs. He demanded subsidy on the instruments used in the cowsheds, similar to the agricultural machines. He said that last year, the Gaushalas registered were provided with 28.82 million rupees, while in the previous year, only seven crore 50 lakh was given.
The chairman said that one lakh women got employment in these works with the help of self-help groups. Those earning an income of 300 to 500 rupees per day. The commission has selected village Karend in the development block of goods for overall development. He informed that the commission has formed a council. Including Dr. PK Tripathi, Radheshyam Dixit, former Secretary of the Commission Sunil Mansinghka, Convener of the Institute of Go Sciences at Devlapar, Nagpur and Senior Animal Farmer, Agriculture and Pharmaceutical Scientist. The council is contributing free of cost to the cow prosperity.
